Client Service Engineer

The Client Services Engineer reports to the manager and has the responsibility to monitor the
overall network & system performance. The Digital Customer Champion is also in charge of supporting
customers and is the first line of contact with providers.


Job Description:

  1. Day-to-day network/cloud performance monitoring.
  2. Solving customer problems via email tickets and other channels.
  3. Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
  4. Follow up on tickets with internal stakeholders and providers.
  5. Deploy network/service nodes on network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
  6. Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes
  7. Prepare monthly KPI reports
  8. Ensure services/process documentation is up to date and appropriate or create
    documentation where none may exist.
  9. Document each customer interaction using our document/ticket management system.
  10. Participate in a 24×7 shift

Job Requirements

  1. 1 -3 years of experience network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC or other
    such company associated with networking
  2. Knowledge of telecom and IT concepts
  3. Functional knowledge of Linux & Cloud Computing Basics
  4. Knowledge on Internet Protocols
  5. Strong reporting skills
  6. Mikrotik /Cisco/ MS Server certification preferred but not mandatory.
  7. Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills
  8. Good writing, editing, and speaking skills in Myanmar and English language
  9. Rigorous and pay attention to details
  10. Well versed in MS Office
